We collect the information you provide when requesting a free case review: your name, email address, business name, and details about your GBP suspension. If you become a client, we also collect the documents and, where applicable, the Google Business Profile access you provide for your case. We do not collect payment card data — payments are processed by Stripe.
Your information is used to review your case and, if your case is accepted, to prepare, file and manage your reinstatement. If you grant us access to your Google Business Profile, this access is used only for your case and can be revoked by you at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Case information is retained for up to 12 months to allow follow-up if needed, then securely deleted.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Google Forms for case review data collection. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
