As part of the Done-for-You Reinstatement service, you may be asked to grant Reinstatement Lab Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. This access is used solely to prepare, file and follow up on your reinstatement case, and you may revoke it at any time. Where your profile's access does not allow us to file directly, we will prepare your case and guide you through the final submission step.
Reinstatement Lab does not create, fabricate, or alter any documents. We review documents you provide and advise on their suitability.
The free case review is provided at no cost and carries no obligation. If your case is accepted and you purchase our Done-for-You Reinstatement service, this is a professional service, not a software product: fees become non-refundable once work has begun, as professional time and analysis are delivered immediately. This does not constitute a guarantee of reinstatement — Google makes all final decisions regarding Business Profile status. If Reinstatement Lab is unable to begin the purchased service due to our own error, a full refund will be issued. If the service cannot be completed because of our own error after work has begun, we may issue a partial refund where appropriate.
Reinstatement Lab's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for business losses resulting from a suspended profile or a denied reinstatement.
